Terms of Service

Effective date: 11 July 2026

These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your access to and use of Salvo Migration's websites and any consultations, services, bookings, digital products or payments provided by Salvo Migration (we, us, our). By using our websites, submitting an enquiry, booking a consultation or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use our websites or purchase from us.

1. Definitions

Websites means any website, landing page, funnel, form, booking page or shop page operated by Salvo Migration.

Services means consultations, migration support, document preparation, strategy sessions and related services we offer.

Digital Products means interactive web tools, downloads, templates, guides, audio resources and similar products delivered through our online shop or access library.

You means any person using our Websites or purchasing our Services or Digital Products.

Third-Party Providers include platforms we use to operate our Websites, manage enquiries, CRM records and automations, and process payments, including Nurturly and Stripe.

2. Website use and acceptable conduct

You agree not to:

We may restrict access if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.

3. General information only

Content on our Websites, including free resources, is general information only and may not apply to your circumstances. Immigration outcomes depend on many factors and no result is guaranteed.

Submitting a form or purchasing a Digital Product does not automatically create a client relationship.

4. No client relationship until engagement is confirmed

A client relationship typically begins only when we confirm that we can act for you and you accept our written engagement terms, including payment of any required fee or deposit.

We may decline to act due to conflicts, capacity, suitability or other reasons.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information, supply documents and instructions on time, and tell us promptly if anything changes that may affect your matter. Delays or incorrect or incomplete information can affect timelines and outcomes.

6. Fees, quotes and third-party charges

7. Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe. By paying through our checkout or invoice links, you also agree to Stripe's applicable terms. We do not store full card details.

If a payment fails or is reversed, we may pause delivery or work until payment is resolved. Please contact us first if there is a payment or product issue. Access may be suspended while a chargeback or payment dispute is handled.

8. Consultations: bookings, cancellations and rescheduling

Unless stated otherwise when you book:

Digital Product Terms

This section applies to Digital Products purchased through our online shop, including products delivered immediately by download, email or access link.

9. Digital delivery and access

Digital Products are delivered electronically after successful payment. Delivery may include an email, access to an interactive tool or library, and downloadable files.

You are responsible for entering a correct email address and ensuring your device and software can access the product. If you cannot access your purchase, contact us through our contact page or call 1300 644 788 with your purchase details.

10. Licence and permitted use

When you purchase a Digital Product, you receive a licence to use it—not ownership of the product or its intellectual property. Unless we state otherwise in writing, the licence is non-exclusive, non-transferable and for your personal use or your household or relationship's own visa matter.

You must not:

We may revoke access where these licence conditions are materially breached, subject to rights that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Digital Product disclaimer

Digital Products are provided for general informational and educational purposes. They are not legal advice, do not create a client relationship and do not guarantee an immigration outcome. Automated prompts, consistency warnings and readiness indicators are review aids, not legal findings.

12. Refunds, consumer guarantees and remedies

We do not advertise a general money-back guarantee for Digital Products. Because Digital Products and interactive access are supplied immediately and can be used or copied once delivered, change-of-mind refunds are generally not provided.

Our Digital Products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a Digital Product is defective, cannot be accessed as supplied or is materially different from its description, contact us so we can investigate.

Where you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law, the available remedy will depend on the nature of the failure and may include fixing the problem, replacement access or a refund. Nothing in these Terms limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Third-party platforms

Our forms, CRM records, communications, automations, payment processing and product delivery may rely on Third-Party Providers, including Nurturly and Stripe. Those systems may occasionally be affected by outages or delivery issues outside our reasonable control. Contact us if a delivery or access issue occurs.

14. Intellectual property

All content on our Websites and within our Digital Products, including text, graphics, templates, downloads, software interfaces, logos and brand assets, is owned by or licensed to Salvo Migration. You must not reproduce or distribute it beyond the licence granted in these Terms.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or opportunity. Where permitted, our liability is limited to resupplying the relevant Service or Digital Product or the cost of doing so.

Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer guarantees, liabilities, rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian law.

16. Privacy

Our collection and handling of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy. By using our Websites or making a purchase, you acknowledge that your information will be handled in accordance with that policy.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by publishing the updated version on our Websites. The effective date above will be updated when the Terms change.

18. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Queensland.

19. Contact

For questions about these Terms, delivery or a Digital Product issue, use our contact page or call 1300 644 788.
